Restaurant Silla - Authentic Korean Cuisine

Tucked away in a nondescript alley of the Northwest Shopping Center, Restaurant Silla was a truly great experience. From the moment you enter the space, the entrance is cozy and inviting, and yet also feels detached from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The establishment boasts a wide variety of Korean and Chinese-Korean food. Some dishes are pricey, but come as a large portion that is meant to be shared/taken home. The food is authentic and delicious. Rice and Banchan are included. There is good variety of meat, vegetable, and seafood dishes. Ordering is done on tablet, and is the most involved part of the experience, as there are many options and if you have questions it’s best to ask the staff. But, with regard to the staff, the highlight of our visit was absolutely the service. The owner is one of the friendliest restauranteurs I have met. She took exceptionally great care of us, personally attending to anything we needed, striking up conversation, and upon finding out it was our first visit, even gave us a token of appreciation for visiting. Beautiful place and delicious food!! We came in very late around 12 and their staff was amazing and accommodating. They even let us change the music ! Many different food options that came out in a timely manner. You do have to order on a tablet so if you don't want to wait you should order everything as soon as you see it. Would recommend 👌🏽

I was craving Korean food and my daughter and I discovered this place late one night so we decided to try it out. I cannot remember the name of the lady that was working but I believe she was the owner and she was such a lovely person!! She made sure that we were well taken care of and we both felt right at home there. There was so much more food than we ever could have finished and it was delicious! When we left I didn't see our her anywhere and I felt bad because I wanted to say goodbye but she came outside as we were leaving just to say goodbye and to let us know that she hoped we would return, which I thought was pretty amazing!! We will definitely go back and I hope that when we do I can get my daughter to overcome her shyness and play the piano!

Stopped here after a long 6 hr drive from Iowa. Family wanted authentic Korean food and that is exactly what we recieved. The hostess was extremely nice and accommodating. We ordered the Chicken Bulgogi, Chicken Katsu and Dean jang jjigea. Everything was fresh and very tasty. They served us 12 mini side dishes which complimented our dinner. Highly recommend!

Idk where to start I read the reviews before coming and everything was on point. Moon is amazing working hard to serve, cook, and clean. The banchan was literally like remembering my grandma truly special. The jajang myeoun was amazing. I will definitely come back. Real authentic Korean will try jampong next time. I ate everything which never happens 100/100
